Amino resin coating

Amino resin paint (code A) is a baked and dried film-forming paint with excellent performance made of amino resin and alkyd resin as the main film-forming substance , which occupies a large proportion in synthetic resin paint. There are three resincommonly used . The coating film obtained by heating and curing the amino resin alone is hard and brittle, and has poor adhesion. Therefore, the amino resin generally combined with a matrix resin such as alkyd resin, polyester resin, etc. to form an amino resin coating. The amino resin in the amino resin paint is used as a crosslinking agent to improve the hardness, gloss, chemical resistance and , and the matrix resin overcomes the brittleness of the amino resin and improves the adhesion. Amino resins and alkyd resins undergo intermolecular cross-linking reactions after baking at a lower temperature for a short time, forming a three-dimensional network macromolecular structure coating.
