Polyurethane pore-filling paint is also called resin color paste, which is prepared from pigment paste, dye paste, polyurethane paint, solvent, etc. First brush on the surface of the wood with a row of brushes, and then wipe it evenly with cotton yarn, as the base color for hole filling and coloring. After it is dry, according to the color of the product, use dye slurry, polyurethane paint, and solvent to make a polyurethane coloring primer, and use a brush to paint the hole-filling coloring paint coating as a face color.
Compared with general resin varnishes, polyurethane pore-filling paints have the following characteristics:
(1) Polyurethane hole-filling and coloring paint technology makes hole filling, coloring, and sealing one-step, eliminating the original four processes of batching putty, moistening powder, sealing with shellac varnish, and applying water color. The process operation is simplified and the production efficiency is improved.
(2) Since shellac paint is not used, the heat resistance of the coating surface is greatly improved.
(3) The wood grain is clear, the color is consistent, and the appearance quality is good.
(4) Since the same resin varnish is used from the bottom to the surface, the adhesion between the paint layers is good, and the finish is durable.
