(1) Hongdan antirust paint
This is an anti-rust primer mixed with red lead and thousand oil. The paint has good permeability and wettability, good flexibility and strong adhesion of the paint film. Due to the large specificity of red lead, it is easy to precipitate, and if it is stored for a long time, it will become thicker, difficult to paint, and it dries slowly, resulting in a soft paint film. The thickening liquid made of anti-rust pigments and long oily aldehyde or ester paint should be mixed with about 1o%~3o% volume of rosin perfume. Its paint film has good adhesion, and it will not bite the bottom due to the softening of the top coat, so it can be used for spray paint primer and anti-rust.
(3) Iron red alkyd antirust paint
It is prepared by adding fillers, alkyd paints, solvents, and driers to pigments such as iron red and lead diamond yellow. It has good adhesion (adhesion Tester can measure the adhesion performance), strong anti-rust ability, high hardness, elasticity, impact resistance, strong nitro resistance, and good resistance to nitro paint and alkyd paint. (4) Zinc yellow antirust paint
It is prepared by adding zinc chrome yellow pigment with pure phenolic paint and grinding. It has strong adhesion, is highly resistant to marine environments, and is used for painting light metal substrates.
(5) Gray anti-rust paint
It is made by adding lead-containing zinc oxide as the main anti-rust pigment to the varnish. It has excellent properties of anti-rust and atmospheric corrosion resistance, and is suitable for painting outdoor steel components, such as iron frames for high-voltage lines, iron railings, etc. Since it is oily, thousand operations are slower
