(2) Preparation of film-forming solution

①Put coal tar into an open container, add carbon black, and stir well. If the coal tar is too mellow, add a small amount of xylene, and then grind it on a three-mixer for 3 to 4 times until it becomes a black paste, which is ready for use.

②In a beneficial container, first add ethanol about 3 times the weight of the resin, and then add 2123l phenolic resin that has been crushed in advance while stirring, and stir intermittently after the addition until the resin is completely dissolved. Then let it stand for later use. ③In a container with a cover, first add ethanol about 6 times the weight of tartaric acid, then add tartaric acid while stirring, and stir intermittently after adding until the tartaric acid is completely dissolved.

④Heat the container storing No. 61 resin with a Water Bath to turn the viscous resin into an easy-flowing liquid, then pour it into a container containing a mixed solvent of xylene and butanol, and stir well.

(3) Preparation of conversion liquid and film-forming liquid

①In the case of constant stirring, add all the coal tar and carbon black paste into the dissolved No. 61 resin liquid, and then fully stir for half an hour after adding all of it.

②In the case of constant finger stirring, slowly add the conversion liquid into the container of No. 61 resin liquid and coal tar mixture. During the mixing process, the temperature will gradually rise, and it can rise to about 65°C in summer, and continue stirring at this temperature. After the reaction was complete, it was covered overnight.

③Let the prepared solution stand for 24 hours. When it is cooled to room temperature, 2123 kinetic aldehyde resin solution and ethanol tartaric acid solution can be added to it. Continue to stir for 1 hour after adding, cover and let stand for 24 hours. The resulting solution is the Type 70 rust paint .
