How to speed up the curing speed of Type 70 Rusty Coating?

The curing speed of the 70 type rust paint varies greatly with the difference of climate conditions and environmental conditions. If it is constructed under the hot sun in summer, it can be completely cured within 24 hours, but if it is constructed in a cold and humid cave or basement, the curing time may exceed 72 hours. In order to make it cure faster, you can choose to construct it in sunny sunlight. For indoor construction, it is necessary to create good ventilation conditions, increase the indoor temperature, and so on. If you want to accelerate the curing, you can also apply a layer of quick-drying varnish on the rusty paint. There are two types currently used: one is No. 2123 alcohol-soluble phenolic novolac (the ratio is 2123 phenolic resin: industrial alcohol = 2 : 3); the other is rosin modified phenolic resin varnish (ratio is rosin modified phenolic resin varnish:xylene=2:3).

The method of painting these two kinds of varnishes is to cover these varnishes after 15 minutes of brushing the 70 type with rust and material removal. brush. Generally, after applying these varnishes, the curing time can be shortened by 1/2. These varnishes can only be covered on the rusty paint, and must not be added to the rusty paint as an additive.
