â‘¡Common intermediate paint
a. Epoxy intermediate coating
It is refined from quick-drying epoxy resin, pigments and fillers, additives, and solvents, and uses polyamide resin as a curing agent. It has fast drying, strong water and rust resistance, good adhesion and abrasiveness.
b. Mica iron epoxy intermediate coating
It is composed of epoxy resin, flaky mica iron oxide, aluminum silver paste, antirust pigment, various additives, solvents, curing agents, etc. It contains high anti-rust pigment components, and can be arranged in parallel and oriented to form a "fish scale" lap joint structure after film formation. It has high sealing performance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance and extensive matching.
c. Polyurethane intermediate coating
It is refined from modified acrylic resin polymer, non-yellowing polyisocyanate curing agent, anti-rust pigment and filler. It has good physical, chemical and mechanical properties, and has good bonding force with the bottom layer and the topcoat layer, which can increase the gloss and fullness of the topcoat.
d. Epoxy polyester intermediate coating
It is refined from epoxy resin, acrylic resin polymer, ammonia curing agent, antirust pigment and filler. It has good physical, chemical and mechanical properties, and has good bonding force with the bottom layer and the topcoat layer, which can increase the gloss and fullness of the topcoat.
e. Epoxy ester intermediate coating
It is refined from quick-drying epoxy ester resin, pigments and fillers. It has the characteristics of fast drying, water resistance, strong antirust ability, good adhesion and abrasiveness.
f. Acrylic epoxy primer
Made of thermoplastic acrylic resin and epoxy resin polymer and pigment filler. It has the characteristics of fast drying, good matching, strong adhesion and good sanding performance.
