The main varieties of antirust primers currently used by railway vehicles are: inorganic zinc-rich primers, epoxy zinc-rich primers, epoxy ester primers and two-component epoxy primers. After years of development, it has been basically finalized as follows: zinc powder, zinc phosphate, mica iron oxide, iron oxide brown as anti-rust pigments; anti-rust primer series based on epoxy, phenolic, alkyd and polyurethane. Among them, zinc-rich primers with high antirust performance are mainly used for export cars and high-end passenger cars, alkyd and phenolic antirust primers are mainly used for old car repairs, while ordinary new cars mostly use epoxy ester primers, two-component Epoxy primer and polyurethane primer. my country's railway industry has formulated and promulgated the industry standard TB/T 2260--2001 "Antirust Primer for Railway Rolling Stock" with reference to the UC842 series standards of the International Union of Railways. The main technical requirements are shown in Table 3- 3-122.
