Standard for performance testing of coating film and its testing method

Coating film performance testing is an important part of coating testing. The test results of the coating film basically reflect the quality level of the product and its function level. The content of coating film performance testing mainly includes four aspects: ① testing of basic physical properties, including appearance and optical properties, mechanical properties and application properties (such as recoatability, sanding etc.); Performance detection, such as the detection of resistance ③ chemical corrosion resistance detection, mainly to check the resistance of the coating film to various chemicals and anti-corrosion (rust) performance ; ④ durability testing. These testing items are mainly carried out on the coating film applied to the substrate . Coating film testing is usually carried out under standard conditions. Although we try our best to imitate the conditions during construction, the results are still different. Maybe the test results of coating film performance are good, but they are not People should study to find out the reason, and adopt a detection method .
