Acid curing amino alkyd paint is composed of amino resin, alkyd resin, leveling agent, solvent and so on.
Acid-cured amino alkyd paint generally uses water-soluble silicone oil (formulated into 1% ethyl acetate solution) as a leveling agent; ~1o% hydrochloric acid alcohol solution. The catalyst is added to the paint just before use. The varnish after adding the catalyst can be placed at room temperature for 1-2 days.
The proportion of acid-cured amino alkyd paint is as follows (weight ratio): butanol acidified trimeric urethane urea formyl copolymer resin (53%) short oil castor oil alkyd resin (60%)
Water-soluble silicone oil ethyl acetate solution (1 %)
Hydrochloric acid alcohol solution (10%) (25°C)
Acid curing amino alkyd paint has the following characteristics:
(1) The coating of acid-cured amino alkyd paint cures faster than oil-based paint. One coat at room temperature, surface dry for about 30 minutes, hard work takes 3 hours. If it is baked at 60°C, it can be fully dried in 15 minutes.
(2) The paint film is hard and wear-resistant, with high mechanical strength and good adhesion.
(3) The heat resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance and cold resistance of the paint film are all very high, and it can be used under the condition of 12o ℃, and it is not afraid of burning.
(4) The varnish has light color and high transparency. It can be used for light-color or natural-color transparent paint decoration of furniture, musical instruments and wood-based panels, and can fully show the natural texture of wood.
(5) After the coating film is polished, the appearance is smooth, plump and has a high gloss.
(6) Compared with other coatings that achieve the same protective and decorative performance indicators, the price is cheap.
(7) The paint belongs to fuel-saving synthetic resin paint, which is easier to obtain than oil-based paint raw materials.
(8) The lacquer contains a small amount of free formaldehyde, which irritates the eyes and nose, and has an unpleasant smell. The sanitary conditions of construction are poor, and ventilation must be strengthened.
(9) When encountering alkaline materials (basic dyes, pigments, fillers), coating defects such as discoloration, foaming, and poor curing may occur.
