(1) C32-58 alkyd drying anti-arc paint of various colors (formerly known as 1322, 1320), the heat resistance grade is grade E. The paint film strength of this paint is high, it can resist arc and oil, but its moisture resistance and dielectric properties are poor , suitable for covering electric motor coils. The drying temperature is 105±2°C, the drying time is 3 hours, and dimethyl can be used as a diluent.
(2) C32-39 alkyd anti-arc paint of various colors (formerly known as 1323, 1321), the heat resistance grade is E grade, the performance is the same as C32-58, but it can be dried at room temperature, and the drying time is 24 hours (2oc). It is suitable for covering the coils of motors and electrical appliances that are not suitable for high-temperature baking, and for surface modification of insulating parts of various electrical appliances and instruments.
(3) W31-1l organic silicon drying insulating varnish, which is class H insulating varnish. High heat resistance and insulation, good moisture resistance, impact resistance and dielectric properties, suitable for high temperature electrical coil covering. The drying temperature is 200°C, and the drying time is about 3 hours.
(4) Epoxy cool insulating varnish, there are many varieties of such covering paints, such as H31-3 epoxy cool insulating varnish. H31-31 Gray Epoxy Ester Insulating Paint (Grade B), can be self-dried or oven-dried, suitable for covering the coils of electric motors; H31-32 Gray Epoxy Cool Insulating Paint, suitable for the surface of sub-humid tropical motors and electric coils Covering; H31-54 gray epoxy drying insulating varnish, which is Class B insulating varnish, has good mildew resistance, good oil resistance, moisture resistance, and is suitable for coating motors, electrical appliances and precision instruments in humid tropics.
