1. Preparation of cleaning solution
2. Low flow input cleaning solution: first mix the cleaning solution with the cleaning water pump, then preheat the cleaning solution at low flow.
3. Circulation : After replacing the raw water, cleaning liquid should appear in the concentrated water pipeline, and the cleaning liquid should circulate to clean the Water Tank, and keep the temperature of the cleaning liquid constant.
4. Immersion: Stop the operation of the cleaning pump so that the membrane elements are completely immersed in the cleaning solution.
5. Large flow pump circulation: Large flow can wash away the pollutants washed by the cleaning liquid.
6. Flushing: Timely cleaning of the ultrafiltration membrane can maintain the working efficiency and service life of the membrane, and the correct cleaning method can save time and reduce the damage of the membrane elements during the cleaning process .
