One: The operating specifications of the drop test machine:
1. Wiring: connect the supplied power cord to the three-phase power supply and ground it, connect the control box and the testing machine with the supplied connecting line according to the plug adaptation, and test run the up/down command. (If you press the up button but run down or press the down button but run up during the test run, just change the number of phases at the power supply.
2. Drop height adjustment: turn on the power of the host, set the height required for the test (as follows), press the up button to make it reach the set height; if it stops midway, you need to make it reach the set height before performing the reverse direction Run the command.
3. Put the object to be measured on the work surface, and then fix it with a fixed rod.
4. Press the up button to raise the measured object to the set height.
5. Press the drop button to make the working surface break away from the object under test instantly, and the object under test will fall freely.
6. Press the reset button to restore the workbench to the working state.
7. If the test is repeated, repeat the above steps.
8. After the test: Press the down button to make the worktable run to the lowest position and turn off the power button.
Two: Use of the drop test machine:
The drop machine can perform drop tests on the hexahedral package in three ways: face, edge and corner.
1. Surface drop test
Turn on the main power switch and the controller power switch in sequence and press the "ON" button.
Press the "Ready" button, the piston rod of the cylinder will slowly extend, and the support arm will gradually turn out and rise to the stop position.
Press the "down" or "up" button to adjust the lifting system to the height required for the test.
Place the test piece on the pallet, the relevant personnel go to the safe area, press the "drop" button, the cylinder piston rod is quickly retracted, the supporting arm is quickly lowered and rotated, so that the packaged test piece falls to the impact bottom plate in a free state, realizing the freedom Falling motion.
2. Edge drop test
Turn on the main power switch and the controller power switch in sequence and press the "ON" button.
Press the "Ready" button, the piston rod of the cylinder will slowly extend, and the support arm will gradually turn out and rise to the stop position.
Press the "down" or "up" button to adjust the lifting system to the height required for the test.
Place the drop edge of the test piece in the groove at the end of the support arm, and press and fix the upper diagonal edge with the corner joint attachment. After the test piece is placed, the relevant personnel go to the safe area and press the "drop" button to realize the free edge drop .
3. Corner drop test
Turn on the main power switch and the controller power switch in sequence and press the "ON" button.
When doing the corner drop test, you can refer to the edge drop test sequence, place the impact angle of the test piece in the conical pit at the front end of the support arm, and press the upper end diagonally with the corner joint accessories. After the test piece is placed, follow the other steps of the edge drop to achieve free fall.
