When gluing insulating materials, why choose "gluing" insulating paint as gluing agent?

Insulating materials, such as mica sheet, film, cardboard, sealing of various electronic components and coils, iron core bonding, etc., in order to maintain their original insulating properties, special insulating adhesives (that is, "bonding" insulating varnishes) are required. ) bonding.

Commonly used adhesives are:

(1) L33-12 asphalt drying insulation paint

It is Class A insulating varnish, which has high dielectric properties after drying, and can be used as an adhesive for making mica tape and soft mica board.

(2) C33-11 alkyd drying insulating paint

It is Class B insulating varnish with high dielectric properties. Suitable for bonding mica tape and soft mica board.

(3) H33-11 epoxy drying insulating paint (sub-package)

Also known as epoxy grade B insulating varnish, it can be used as an adhesive for mica tape.

(4) W31-4 silicone insulating varnish (sub-package)

It can be air-dried or oven-dried at 8o℃. It can be used for the sealing of various electronic components and motor coils, as well as the bonding of iron cores and the bonding of microscopes and metals.

(5) W33-11, W33-12 silicone drying insulating paint

It is Class H insulating varnish, which can be used to make glass laminates, laminated plastics, mica boards, etc.

(6) W33-15 organic silicon drying insulating varnish, which is class H insulating varnish

It is used as bonding material for soft glass cloth, soft mica board, soft glass wool sleeve and other products wrapped by motor coils.
