步骤二:将CS-600分光测色仪打开后,进行黑白校准(如图2);

步骤三:因为苹果红色的部分不均匀,过于分散这样会使得测量数值不够精准。因此我们要通过多次测量取其平均值使数据更加精准。

首先测量前在进入设置,通过“UP”“DOWN”设置平均设置将测量次数修改为5次即可。(具体次数可According to自身原因进行选择,建议至少超过3次)

步骤四:设置完成后,按“Cancel”键退出,然后进入标样测量,按“Print”键,先影像定位测量区域,将待测苹果的标样对准测试孔,注意避免人为因素的影响,再按“Test”键,“滴”声后完成测量,查看测试结果(如图4)(“a”代表苹果的红绿色:正值表示红色,负值表示绿色,我们主要是看a值大小来判定它的红色的程度,进而进行分级);

步骤五:标样测量完成后,按“Menu”键,即可进入该标样下的“试样测量”界面,按照标样测量的方法将试样对准测试孔,按“Test”键进行测量,“滴”声后完成色差测量,即可得到测量结果。
