The working principle of the burst Tester: According to Pascal's law, the pressure applied to the closed liquid can be transmitted from the liquid to all directions according to the original size. In the sealed oil cylinder of the instrument and the cavity of the pressure paper seat, methyl silicone oil is filled as the medium for pressure transmission. When the motor drives the piston to move forward at a constant speed, the rubber film is pressurized by the silicone oil and protrudes; at this time, it is clamped on the rubber film Above, the sample fixed by the upper and lower chucks is evenly stressed until the sample breaks. No less than 20 samples shall be prepared for ISO, 10 for the front and 10 for the reverse. SN/T prepares no less than 10 samples, 5 on the front and 5 on the back, and the results are averaged.
