Introduction to MIL-STD-810G Standard
MIL-STD-810G is a series of tests designed by the U.S. military to test its equipment to its limits under various conditions of intended use (environment) or transportation (shock). Tests vary according to the nature, size and weight of the test equipment.
The US military standard MIL-STD-810G does not refer to a certain test item. Among them, my country's military equipment environmental test standard GJB 150A is adapted from the US military standard MIL-STD-810G. Compared with other common electronic equipment environmental tests IEC60068 and GB/T2423, it is stricter.
The main users who meet the US military MIL-STD-810G standard are the military, police, telecommunications engineering, construction sites, outdoor measurement and other users who need to work outdoors. The working environment of these users is prone to collisions, rain, sand and dust, etc., resulting in Equipment damaged. In addition to being shockproof, waterproof, drop-resistant, and dustproof, it can also be installed in field vehicles for use. This standard has been widely used by military and police personnel in Europe, Japan, Singapore, Europe, Malaysia and other places.
