operating procedures
A. This machine does not require special infrastructure, as long as it is placed on a solid horizontal concrete floor or a solid horizontal platform, but it is necessary to ensure that the test machine table is level.
B. The tested product needs to be reliably fixed on the workbench with clamps or fixed ropes. When fixing, the center of gravity of the tested product should be placed in the center of the table as much as possible.
C. Please distribute the power according to the following method, pay attention to the power capacity, and never use one power supply for multiple devices at the same time, so as not to cause drop in voltage, affect the performance of the machine, or even cause a shutdown.
a. The voltage used by this equipment is AC 220V.
D. The following points should be paid attention to before power-on test:
a. Check whether the main power supply of the equipment and the power switches of all electrical appliances are in the off state.
b. Check whether the amplitude modulation control knob is at the minimum position to avoid mechanical failure of the vibrating table.
E. Before turning on the power, connect the power supply to the 220V AC power supply first, then turn the amplitude modulation control knob to the minimum position, and then turn on the power supply.
a. Press the power switch, indicating that it is in the ON position.
b. Press the green start button, the vibrator is powered on and the motor starts to work.
c. Turn the amplitude modulation knob clockwise to the desired amplitude.
d. If you need to use the timing function, please turn on the timing switch to set the time, which can be set arbitrarily within the range of 1m-999m.
e. Before shutting down, turn the amplitude modulation knob to the 0 position, then press the stop button, and then turn the timing switch to normal open.
