由于木纹纸的特点,采用普通的色差仪、分光测色仪对该类产品的颜色管控十分艰难。普通的测色仪器,都只能对单一颜色的产品进行测量,在面对木纹纸这样具备纹理、或同时存在多种颜色的情况,就显得束手无策了。

那么,CS-828是如何测量木纹纸的颜色的呢?首先要明确影响木纹纸色彩呈现的关键点有3个:第1、纸的颜色;第2、每个辊上的油墨颜色;第3、辊的相关因素(磨损、套印对齐的情况)。要判断两个样品是否有色差,首先,要判断两个样品的纸的颜色是否一致,纸的颜色不同,首先要解决纸的问题;其次,纸的颜色相同,但是油墨的颜色不同,就需要解决油墨的问题。再次,纸和油墨都是相同的,就需要解决辊的问题了。

According to上述影响木纹纸颜色的3个关键点,参与测量的木纹纸要有下图两个特点:1、有空白区域,用来测量纸的颜色,2、有油墨标志,用来测油墨的颜色,同时也可以用来定位,定位两块木纹纸的特定区域并进行色差对比。知道纸的颜色、油墨的颜色和木纹纸的颜色后,就可以进一步管控木纹纸的颜色情况了。

用CS-828图像分光测色仪,分别扫描A/B两个木纹纸,如图1,对A/B两个的纸张和油墨进行颜色测量,在A/B两个木纹纸上选取相同的3个点,进行测量及结果分析。扫描图可清晰的看到A/B两个木纹纸的情况,点击想要测量的区域,记录A/B两个木纹纸的颜色数据,如图2。

According to the data in Figure 3, it can be concluded that: 1. The color difference of AB paper is 0.3, which is qualified; 2. The color difference of AB ink 1 and ink 2 is less than 1, which is qualified; 3. The color difference of the three positions of AB is less than 1, qualified. (According to the evaluation standard of our existing customers, paper color difference dE<1.0, ink color difference dE<2.0 to evaluate) Based on the above data, the evaluation of color difference of A and B is qualified.
