What is conditional equichromatic phenomenon?
Under the same observation conditions, the two colors being compared look the same, but they look different under the same observation conditions. This kind of situation sometimes happens between different observers. A thinks that the two colors are the same, but B thinks they are not. This phenomenon is called the conditional metachromatic phenomenon, and the two colors being compared are called the conditional metachromatic color.
