(4) Under good stirring, slowly add the toning industry, and carefully modulate in line with the principle of adjusting the depth first and then the tone. When you need to add several color pastes, add a larger number first, and then add a smaller quantity, so that it is easy to find the color. The amount of slurry added each time should be less than the estimated amount, especially when approaching the end of color matching, especially when careful control is required to avoid over-coloring
(5) Note that as long as a small amount of complementary color is added, the brightness of the color can be weakened, and a small amount of black, gray, and self-color can be added to change the hue of the color to a great extent. Therefore, care should be taken when adding to avoid overdoing it.

7) Colorimetric is to compare the color of the dry film of the latex paint in the blending with the dry paint film of the sample or sample, not to compare the color of their paint liquid in the container, nor to compare the color of their wet coating film. Note that the color of the dry film is slightly darker than that of the wet film to prevent over-color matching.
(8) When colorimetry, pay attention to the background of the bottom plate of the two paint films should be consistent. It is recommended to apply the two films to be colorimetric on the same substrate with the same film maker, and wait for the paint film to dry thoroughly and then colorimetry.
How to check and analyze the uniformity of the color shadow of plain paint after color mixing?
Latex paintAfter the color matching work is completed, the uniformity of the paint film color should be checked. If the color of the paint film is uneven, the consequences are: the color of the paint film applied by different personnel will be different, or the same coating personnel will cause differences in the color of the coating film due to uneven force or different use of finishing tools. This phenomenon means that there is a quality problem with the "color" item of the latex paint. The inspection and analysis methods are as follows:
The latex paint method is distributed on the sample, and after a few minutes, before the paint film dries, grind part of the paint film with your fingers, if the color of the grinding part is darker than the non-grinding part, the disadvantage is caused by the color paste, and the pigment of the color paste is not well coagulated or dispersed. If the color of the grinding part appears lighter, it means that the pigment in the base white paint has not dispersed well.
