What are the factors that affect compressive strength?

① As the water content of cardboard increases, the compressive strength decreases.

②The lower the basis weight of the cardboard, the lower the compressive strength.

③The tensile strength increases and the compressive strength increases.

For example, the honeycomb sandwich is a regular hexagon, the diameter of the inscribed circle is 12mm, the surface paper is 300g/m2 recycled liner paper, and the core paper is 110g/m2 recycled paper. The surface paper of A and B single-sided corrugated boards is 200g/m2 cardboard paper, and the corrugated core is 175g/m2 corrugated base paper. "10mmA" means the corrugated-honeycomb single-sided composite structure paperboard formed by 10mm thick honeycomb paperboard and A single-sided corrugated Composite structural cardboard, other abbreviations are similar. The analysis results of the flat compressive strength test of these honeycomb paperboards and corrugated-honeycomb composite structure paperboards shown in Table 2-7 show the following points.

①Among the honeycomb paperboards with three thicknesses of 10mm, 15mm and 20mm, the flat compressive strength of the 10mm thick honeycomb paperboard is the highest. Compared with that, the flat compression strength decreased by 26.57%; the flat compression strength of 20mm thick honeycomb paperboard decreased by 33.09% compared with 15mm thick honeycomb paperboard, and compared with l0mm thick honeycomb paperboard, it decreased by 50.87%.

②The flat compressive strengths of 10mm A, 10mm B, and 10mm AB corrugated-honeycomb composite structure paperboards are significantly lower than those of 10mm thick honeycomb paperboards, and their flat compressive strengths are respectively 31.68%, 49.14% and 44.72% lower than those of 10mm thick honeycomb paperboards.

③ The flat compressive strength of 15mm A, 15mm B, 15mm AB type corrugated-honeycomb composite structure paperboard is generally higher than that of 15mm thick honeycomb paperboard, and their flat compressive strength is 0.99%, -4.96% and 4 . 93%.

④The flat compressive strength of 20mm A, 20mm B, 20mm AB type corrugated-honeycomb composite structure paperboard is significantly higher than that of 20mm thick honeycomb paperboard, and their flat compressive strength is respectively 8.05%, 17.48% and 5.89% higher than that of 20mm thick honeycomb paperboard.
