What should be paid attention to when the coating project acceptance? Refer to the general principles of coating engineering acceptance in "Coating Engineering" written by Zhang Xuemin, as follows:
(1) Provide a complete set of coating equipment design drawings; manufacture a complete set according to the drawings, without missing items.
(2) The manufacture of coating equipment and the installation of main supporting equipment shall meet the requirements of construction drawing design and comply with the provisions of corresponding standards.
(3) The installation of pressure vessels, pressure pipes, fire-fighting facilities, and lifting and conveying equipment supporting the coating equipment should be carried out in accordance with relevant national regulations and procedures.
(4) The materials used for manufacturing and installation must meet the design requirements and relevant national standards, and there should be a certificate of conformity.
(5) Various measuring and testing instruments used for installation shall comply with the provisions of national metrological regulations
(6) All purchased parts should have certificates of conformity, strictly follow the construction drawings, and need to be re-inspected before installation. Install and adjust according to the instruction manual of the purchased products.
(7) Outsourced products and equipped with electronic control devices need to be fully equipped to ensure performance.
(8) All operating equipment and components must be in harmony with each other to complete the actions and requirements specified in the design of the construction drawing, and there must be no jamming, failure, malfunction or damage.
(9) Public facilities such as power supply, upper and lower water, exhaust steam, compressed air, deionized water or gas should be fully equipped, in place, the Yangtong will not collide, and the normal flow of the entire workshop can be guaranteed
(10) The agricultural shelter project under installation should be inspected before the project is concealed, and the installation can only be continued after passing the test.
(11) After all equipment is manufactured, installed and debugged, it shall meet the performance parameter requirements listed in the technical specification table in each design drawing of each equipment.
(12) The appearance, coating thickness, coating color and coating construction of the coating equipment shall meet the design requirements.
