1. Before using the constant temperature tank, liquid medium should be added to the tank. When the liquid level is 30mm lower than the work surface, the machine cannot be turned on to prevent the heater from being burned out.
2. The power supply is 220VAC/50Hz, and the equipment needs to be well grounded.
3. Pump switch and refrigeration switch: Please do not press the forced switch button of the Circulating Chiller and the forced switch button of the refrigeration compressor on the control panel unless there is a special need.
3.1. If the forced switch of the circulation pump is pressed, the circulation pump will be turned off. In this way, the temperature of the liquid in different positions in the tank will be uneven, which will affect the constant temperature effect. At this time, the circulation pump can be turned on by pressing the forced switch of the circulation pump again.
3.2. If the low temperature constant temperature bath is under automatic temperature control, press the forced switch button of the refrigeration compressor, and the refrigeration compressor will be turned off. Since the refrigeration compressor is normally on during automatic temperature control, the temperature at this time is stabilized by automatic heating to stabilize the liquid temperature. If the compressor is turned off, the temperature cannot be controlled. You need to press the start button for 1 second to turn off the device. Then, press the start button for 1 second to start the device to resume temperature control.
4. The low temperature constant temperature bath instrument should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, with the back and sides at least 300mm away from obstacles.
5. After using the low-temperature constant temperature tank, set the power switch to the off state, and unplug the power plug. If it is not used for a long time, the liquid in the tank should be drained and cleaned.
6. When the temperature is above 60°C, be careful not to touch the surface of the constant temperature bath to avoid burning your hands.
