Plastic woven bags, especially composite plastic woven bags, are suitable for packaging various powdery and granular materials such as chemical fertilizers, synthetic materials, explosives, grain, sugar, salt, ore, cement, etc., but not suitable for angular hard blocks materials.
(1 ) Test principle
This test method is applicable to three types of plastic woven bags and composite plastic woven bags of A, B and C, such as cloth/plastic composite bags, cloth/plastic/ Paper composite bag. Type A bag contains 25kg polyolefin resin, type B bag contains 40kg urea or materials with similar density, and type C bag contains 50kg urea or materials with similar density. The filling factor is 80%~85%. The principle of the test is: carry out a vertical impact drop test on the sample bag to detect the strength of the plastic woven bag. The test equipment mainly includes lifting device, release device and impact surface. The lifting and releasing device cannot damage the sample bag, and can maintain the falling posture of the sample bag, and the impact surface is a flat concrete floor.
(2) Test method
The sample bag is filled with the actual contents or substitute materials with similar density, the filling factor is 80%~85%, and 3 samples are taken for each group of tests. The test is carried out in accordance with the test method specified in GB 4857.5, and the test environment is normal temperature and humidity. The drop height of plastic woven bags is 1.2m, and the drop height of composite plastic woven bags refers to the regulations in GB 4857.5, as shown in Table 4-11.

Table 4-11 Relationship between drop height and package quality and mode of transportation
The specific test method is that the first sample bag is dropped once in the test sequence of vertical, horizontal and lateral directions, the second sample bag is dropped once in the test sequence of horizontal, lateral and vertical directions, and the third sample bag is dropped once in the test sequence of horizontal, lateral and vertical directions. The sample bag is dropped once in the order of lateral, vertical and horizontal tests. After each drop, the sample bag should be inspected for damage. After the test, the three sample bags should not be broken, and the contents should not be lost.
