Since sample homogenization and filtration are performed at the same time, the filtrate can be aspirated quickly, without particles, without waiting for sedimentation, and without clogging the pipette.
During the homogenization process, the filter membrane blocks impurities, and the bacterial concentration on both sides of the filter membrane remains consistent, which not only increases the accuracy, but also speeds up the counting speed.
Correct use steps of sterile homogenizer
1. Put the sample to be processed into a sterile homogeneous bag;
2. Open the door of the homogenizer, put the opening of the sterile bag upwards and clamp it when closing the door of the homogenizer;
3. Set the application program (such as slapping speed, slapping time, etc.) to perform slapping homogenization;
4. After the experiment is completed, open the door of the homogenizer and take the sample.
