一、Ci6x白校正显示校正错误，校正失败。
1、清洁校准基准
a、取下瓷片上的塑料保护盖。始终握 持瓷片的边缘，小心不要碰到白色表面。向下按瓷片然后逆时针转动直到不能再转动。向上提起瓷片，从基座上取下来。
b、使用温和的肥皂温水清洁瓷片。用温水有效冲洗 然后用无绒布擦干。切勿使用任何种类的溶剂或清洗剂。瓷片完全干透后，将瓷片边缘上的大凸舌和基座上的大凹槽对齐。通过瓷片向下按压弹簧直到不能再往下压。按住瓷片，顺时针旋转直到不能再转动。慢慢地让瓷片升起。正确放置时，瓷片上的箭头和基座上的箭头应对齐。不使用瓷片时，将保护盖重新安装到瓷片上方。
c、清洁黑筒。用手指按压两侧的两个锁片使之分开以拆分两个部分。用干净、干燥的空气清洁或用无绒布擦除灰尘或污垢。清洁后，在重新装配各个部件前将末端的两个箭头对齐。
d、清洁完校准基准后，执行校正操作，如果还是无法校正，执行操作2（恢复出厂设置）
2.恢复出厂设置
进入到仪器配置菜单中的最后一个选项，打勾确认后即恢复出厂设置，然后尝试校正，如果还是无法校正，执行操作3（更新固件）。（恢复出厂设置后，所有数据都会被清除，如果数据不想被清除，请直接执行操作3）
3、更新固件至1.2.922
a、下载新的版本固件Ci6X Firmware r1.2.922。
b、下载后，双击打开此固件，确保Ci6x连接到墙式电源，且通过USB数据线连接到电脑，然后点击升级，直至升级完成，显示成功。

注：此项功能对在做白色校正时，出现“不正确的白板数值”提示的仪器，有较好的效果。对于出现“光源失败”提示的仪器，请客户先尝试清洁，如果错误提示变为“不正确的白板数值”，再尝试修复操作，但成功率不如出现前一种现象的仪器高。
固件升级成功后，建议在做白色校正操作前，清洁仪器的光学部件，请保证以下几点：
1．白校正板表面干净；
2．目标窗与白板接触面干净；
3. There is no displacement of the target window, and the middle hole of the 4mm target window is concentric with the hole of the integrating sphere of the instrument; the middle hole of the 8mm and 14mm target windows coincides with the hole of the integrating sphere, and no edge is exposed in the hole of the integrating sphere.
4. The inside of the integrating sphere is as clean as possible;
5. Make sure that the two pads at the back of the black bottom plate of the instrument are complete and the instrument is placed stably;
Recovery operation for white calibration failure:
1. Carry out the calibration operation of the instrument according to the normal steps,
2. When measuring the white calibration sheet, the instrument will still show the "incorrect white board value" prompt.
3. At this time, return to the main interface and perform another calibration operation.
4. Usually the instrument can pass the white calibration normally.
2. The Ci6x fails to boot
First make sure that the instrument has power or is connected to a wall power supply. If it still cannot be turned on, perform the factory reset and update firmware in the first item. If you still can’t boot after updating, please contact X-Rite Service Center.
3. The screen of Ci6x appears to be "dead"
First check whether the instrument is locked, if it is locked, press the power button to unlock, if the screen still cannot be operated, restart the instrument and try again, if the problem still exists, perform the factory reset and firmware update in the first item.
4. The crocodile prompt appears after the instrument is calibrated
At this time, the intensity of the light source becomes weaker, and the measurement can still be carried out, but it is better to replace the light source as soon as possible.
