Fangrui viscometer has the automatic scanning function of viscosity test. It is recommended to have a good combination of rotor and rotation speed . Rotor 0 is used.
The No. 0 rotor of the Fangrui Rotational Viscometer is composed of three devices: a fixed sleeve, a No. 0 rotor and a test cylinder. This article introduces how to install and use the No. 0 rotor of this viscometer.
(1) The No. 0 rotor component is composed of a fixed sleeve, a No. 0 rotor and a test tube. Its structure is shown in Figure 1. This part can only be used for the No. 0 rotor measurement, and it is not suitable for other rotor tests.

(2) The installation of the No. 0 rotor is shown in Figure 2. First, rotate the No. 0 rotor clockwise and install it on the rotor connecting screw (universal joint).

(3) Put the fixing sleeve into the round plate of the lower cover at the bottom of the instrument from bottom to top, be careful not to touch the No. 0 rotor, and tighten it with the sleeve fixing screw.
(4) Pour 20ml of the sample to be tested into the test cylinder.
(5) Insert the test tube containing the sample into the fixing sleeve slowly from bottom to top until it rises to the top, and fasten it with the test tube fixing screw. When tightening, pay attention to the tapered end of the test tube fixing screw. Screw it into the triangular groove on the upper end of the outer wall of the test slip. All installed No. 0 rotor components are shown in Figure 3. After controlling the temperature of the liquid to be tested and adjusting the horizontal state of the instrument, the test can be carried out.

(6) Note that when the No. 0 rotor is used, it cannot be rotated without load when there is no fluid loaded, and the No. 0 rotor does not need to install the rotor protection frame when it is used.
