Precautions
1. When using, fix the selected sanding disc or dispersing impeller with the rotating shaft.
2. Adjust the high position of the rotating shaft and the capacity, lock the motor base and the container, put in the material and cover the container.
3. Turn on the power, turn on the switch, wait for the display screen to reset to zero, and then press the touch button to increase or decrease the required speed.
4. This motor is a series-excited motor, and sparks will be generated by the brushes when rotating, so it is not suitable for use in explosion-proof workshops.
5. It is not advisable to run the machine empty if the speed is greater than 4000r/min.
6. When the motor brush is less than 10mm, it should be replaced.
Common faults and troubleshooting
1. No display on the panel: If the motor switch indicator light is off, please check whether the power supply is normal.
2. The motor does not turn: the output fuse (5A) is broken, please replace it yourself: if the output fuse is blown frequently, please check whether the motor load is too heavy, and whether the rotating parts are jammed and eliminate it.
3. The motor speed automatically rises to the highest level and cannot be controlled: first check whether the gap between the photoelectric sensors is too large: if the fault cannot be eliminated after the above checks, remove the photoelectric sensor, observe whether there is too much dust in the sensor slot, and check whether there is too much dust in the sensor slot. Properly cleaned and reinstalled properly.
4. The speed is unstable and fluctuates too much: first check whether the power supply voltage is relatively stable: whether the motor load fluctuates too much, whether there is air suction in the mixing head: slowly rotate the speed measuring disc for one week by hand, and observe the distance between the speed disc and the photoelectric sensor. Whether the gap is even.
