Preparation of Nano-ATO Transparent Thermal Insulation and Radiation Protection Coatings with Wire Bar Coater

Using water-based polyurethane SX-246 and nano-ATO water-based slurry as the main raw materials, the heat- insulating and radiation-proof film was prepared with a wire Bar Coater. The effects of coating film thickness and ATO slurry content on the coating film were investigated. Effects on optical properties and thermal insulation properties. The results show that the  nano-ATO transparent heat-insulating and radiation-proof coating was prepared by blending SX-246 water-based polyurethane and water-based ATO slurry with a volume ratio of 7:3, and the visible light The transmittance is 72.35%, the infrared rejection rate reaches 45.56%, and the heat insulation effect is better than that of commercially available automobile heat insulation films.
