1. Product Introduction
HG series diaphragm Vacuum Pump is a new type of diaphragm Vacuum Pump independently developed and produced by our company. It can run continuously without oil, with low noise, high working efficiency and long service life. Our company has a wide range of product models with different application ranges. There are pumps with both functions of Vacuum Pump and compressor for solvent filtration devices, high-Vacuum Pumps for rotary evaporators, and dual-purpose pumps for positive and negative pressure for suction filtration. The type of pump can greatly reduce your laboratory purchase cost. The main advantages are: stable vacuum, adjustable pressure, small size, light weight, easy to use, oil-free, clean and pollution-free, can work stably for a long time, can operate continuously for 24 hours, simple repair and maintenance, and can be operated by itself. 3. Use of the product
● This product can only be used to extract air
● Do not allow corrosive liquids or granular materials to enter the pump. Water vapor, oil pollutants or other liquids need to be filtered out first.
● The working environment temperature cannot exceed 55°.
● Do not use this product at high altitudes, low air pressure in high altitudes will affect the product.
● This product is a precision instrument, so protect it from dirt and moisture.
4. Installation
● Please disconnect the power supply before installation or maintenance, otherwise it may cause electric shock or casualties.
● To avoid electric shock, do not use this product in an environment where it is in contact with water or other liquids. In case of rain and snow, be sure to protect the machine.
● The wiring of the motor should be configured according to the local power regulations.
● Check whether the local voltage matches the unit (see label). If the voltage is different please use a transformer.
● During the use of this product or just after using this product, please do not touch the motor shell to avoid burning your hands.
● This product does not require lubrication.
● The size of the connecting hose must match the air inlet.
● Install the muffler provided by us at the air outlet.
Five, place
● In order to reduce noise and vibration, the product can be placed on an anti-vibration device, which is placed on a horizontal table, which can reduce resonance.
● Make sure that the air vents of the product are unblocked, otherwise heat dissipation will be affected.
● Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
6. Handling of abnormal situations
● Disconnect the power supply.
● Do not disassemble without disconnecting the power supply.
● Wait for the pump to cool down.
● Refer to common troubleshooting.
● Get in touch with the manufacturer or distributor for more help.
● The motor of the product is equipped with an overheat protector to ensure that the product will not be damaged due to overheating or overload.
Seven, product maintenance
● After using the product, please disconnect the power supply to insulate the product.
● Release the pressure in the pump body.
● The filter material is particularly easy to get dirty in a dirty environment, please replace it regularly.
8. Common troubleshooting
Always disconnect the power before servicing, if the motor won't run, or if it starts to run slowly under pressure, turn off the switch and disconnect the power. Make sure that the supplied power matches the power indicated on the nameplate. Check the plugs, wires and switches to see if there is aging and falling off. If the pump is overheated or the noise is too loud, stop running immediately and perform maintenance.

Nine, maintenance and maintenance steps
Please maintain it regularly. Dirty filter material or a dirty muffler will restrict air flow and cause overheating and excessive noise, so check the filter material in the pump head regularly. Clean the air chamber with alcohol if necessary. It is forbidden to clean with organic compounds, acids, corrosive and flammable solvents, and it is forbidden to lubricate any part, otherwise it will affect the service life of the pump.
You can return the pump to the factory for repair, or follow the steps below for installation. Each machine includes the following components: a vacuum pressure gauge (-0.1Mpa), a connecting hose (Φ7mm*Φ13mm*Φ1000mm), a muffler, and a manual.

The following takes the basic pump HG-30 as an example (please remember the location of all accessories)
1. Disconnect the power
Warning: Be sure to disconnect the power supply before maintenance to avoid personal injury or death.
2. Loosen the pressure valve to release the gas in the pump body.
3. Unplug the hose
4. Remove the pressure gauge, remember the location of the pressure gauge, and remove the four-way valve.
5. Unscrew the 6 hexagon socket screws at the pump head, open the air chamber, and keep the screws.
6. There is a sealing ring in the groove on the opposite side of the air chamber. If the sealing ring is damaged, please discard it; there is filter cotton in the air chamber, please discard it if it is dirty.
7. Below the air chamber is a circular membrane cavity (installed with a valve plate), pull out the membrane cavity.
8. Check whether the valve plate (black rubber and stainless steel) is aged and damaged. If it is damaged or dirty, please replace or clean it. Just unscrew the screws.
9. There is a black diaphragm under the membrane cavity, which is fixed with a small gland. Unscrew the three screws on the small gland, save the screws, remove the gland, and check with the naked eye whether the diaphragm is damaged. If it is damaged or seriously aged, please replace it.
10. If necessary, clean the pump head with water-based solvent, or blow away the dirt with high-pressure air.
Note: Do not use organic compounds, acids, corrosive solvents to clean, and do not lubricate any parts, otherwise it will reduce the service life of the pump, only use water-based solvents.
11. If you replace the diaphragm, please choose a new original diaphragm purchased from us, and put the diaphragm on the raised connecting rod.
12. Install the membrane cavity that has been replaced with a new valve plate. Note: Do not cause any scratches on the valve plate, or stick anything on the valve plate.
13. Install a new sealing ring in the groove below the air chamber, and put in a new filter cotton.
14. Cover the air chamber and screw on the hexagon socket screws.
15. Install the four-way valve, and install the pressure gauge according to the marks made before.
