In order to improve the dispersibility of GO in organic solvents and improve the barrier properties of TPU films, firstly, graphene oxide (GO) was prepared by the modified Hum-mers method ; then, the excellent performance of isophorone diisocyanate (Isophorone Dissocyanate IPDI) modified GO to prepare functional GO (Functional Graphene Oxide IP-GO ); finally, it was compounded with TPU on a coating machine to prepare IP-GO/TPU composite film, and the effect of IPGO content on IP - Effect of oxygen transmission rate of GO/TPU composite film .

First, weigh 15g of well-dried TPU particles, and after swelling in 60ml of DMF for a period of time, the dissolved TPU is obtained . Then, 0.075g of IP-GO was weighed and added to 20mL DMF . After ultrasonic dispersion for a period of time, it was mixed . After several hours of mechanical stirring, it was left to stand for a period of time to remove the bubbles in the mixture to obtain a uniform Mixture . Finally, a film with a thickness of (0.13±0.01) mm was coated on a film coating machine using a Wet Film Applicator. After the solvent evaporated completely, a 0.5wt% IP-GO/TPU composite film was obtained . The quality of IP-GO was changed , and IPGO / TPU composite films with IP-GO content . Three samples were prepared for each of the above films, and three pure TPU film samples were prepared for comparison.
