How to use Oven Temperature Logger Reporting Software?
Powder coating manufacturers usually specify several parameters necessary to ensure complete cure.Aside from ensuring a consistent temperature throughout the oven, an important parameter is "time above temperature", and the amount of time the coating needs to remain above a certain temperature to achieve full cure.Time over temperature can be calculated simultaneously at the three critical temperatures as shown below.
