The coefficient of friction Tester clamps the test sample with the sample holder, and at the same time wraps the sample to be tested on the slider, and then places the slider on the hanging hole of the sensor. Under a certain contact pressure, the motor drives the gear to drive the sensor, even if the two test surfaces move relative to each other. The force signal measured by the sensor is amplified by the integrator and sent to the Recorder. At the same time, the dynamic and static friction coefficients were recorded separately.
Friction Coefficient Meter Test Method
1. Fix the test surface of the sample evenly on the horizontal test bench. The length of the specimen shall be parallel to the length of the test bench.
2. Put the test side of another sample down, wrap the slider, and fix the pattern on the front and upper surface of the slider with adhesive tape.
3. Place the fixed slider in the center of the first specimen without impact, so that the test direction of the two specimens is parallel to the direction of the slider, and the force measuring system is just unstressed.
4. The first peak in force is the static friction force Fs. The average value of the force (excluding static friction force) within 60mm of the relative movement of the two patterns is the dynamic friction force Fd.

5. If the force value oscillates after static friction, dynamic friction cannot be measured. At this time, the spring between the slider and the load cell should be canceled, and the dynamic friction force should be measured separately. This measurement is not suitable for static friction due to inertial errors.
6. Measurement of film (sheet) on other materials When measuring the friction performance of plastic film (sheet) on the surface of other materials, the plastic film (sheet) should be fixed on the slider, and the samples of other materials should be fixed in the horizontal test on stage. Other steps are the same as above.
7. Test: Turn on the power switch on the control panel of the rack, and press the "Test" key to enter the display interface. Press the "Test" button again to test. The test will automatically stop after 28 seconds. During the test, the testing machine automatically displays the force curve and calculates the results. Press the "Back" button to return to the original position. If you want to print, press the "Print" button. If the specimen is tested for the second time, the procedure is the same as above.

Maintenance and Maintenance of Friction Coefficient Meter
In order to keep the coefficient of frictIon Meter in good working condition and have a long service life, it is necessary to maintain the testing machine regularly.
1. Before each test, after making the test piece according to the standard requirements, install the test piece on the workbench.
2. When replacing the sample, the load cell is very sensitive, please do not touch it, otherwise it will cause damage.
3. After the test is completed and the power is turned off, the Tester should be cleaned and put away for the next use.
4. When the testing machine is not in use for a long time, an appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be injected into the rotating parts regularly to ensure the good working condition of the machine.
