Preparation of PVDF/PET Films on PET Nonwoven Fabrics by Film Coater

1. Bonding PET non-woven fabric: Cut the PET non-woven fabric into a suitable size and spread it on the glass plate of the film coating machine, fix the surrounding area with tape, and then put the fixed PET glass plate on the desktop film coating machine. on the countertop.


2. Gauge adjustment: Rotate the scraper lifting handwheel counterclockwise to lower the scraper and touch the glass plate. At this time, the scraper is at zero position. Press the "ZERO" key of the digital display dial indicator to calibrate the scraper zero position; clockwise Synchronously rotate the two scraper fine-tuning knobs to raise the scraper, the value displayed by the digital display dial indicator is the distance between the scraper and the glass plate, and adjust the distance to 200um.


3. Coating: pour the casting liquid evenly on the surface of the non-woven fabric near the side of the scraper along the direction of the scraper, set the coating speed, start the film coating machine, and complete the scraping.


4. Curing to form a film: put the scraped liquid film together with the glass plate in a Water Bath at 35°C for 5 minutes, and peel it off from the glass plate after solidifying into a film.


5. Post-treatment: soak the PVDF/PET membrane in deionized water for 2-3 days, change the water several times during this period to remove residual organic solvents and additives, and finally dry it naturally at room temperature for future use.
