Preparation of electrode material pole pieces on aluminum foil by coating machine

A positive electrode sheet with a mass content of 90% of the active material LiNiosMn.sO4 was prepared.

(1) Preparation of binder: Weigh N-methylpyrrolidone and polyvinyl difluoride (PVDF) binder of specified mass ratio in a 50mL single-necked round bottom flask, heat to 50°C, stir for 8h to PVDF All were dissolved and mixed evenly to obtain a colorless and transparent viscous liquid.

(2) Preparation of slurry: Weigh LiNiosMn.sO4 with a mass ratio of 9: 0.5: 0.5: acetylene black: the binder is placed in a small beaker, and stirred at a high speed with a homogenizer, and vacuumed with a Vacuum Pump to remove the material Air bubbles in the pulp.

(3) Preparation of the pole piece: the slurry is evenly coated on the aluminum foil of the current collector with a coating machine, and then the N-methylpyrrolone is removed in a vacuum Drying Oven . A circular pole piece with a diameter of 12 mm was prepared by a pole piece punching device. The graphite negative electrode sheet is also prepared according to the above steps. It is worth noting that the graphite slurry needs to be coated on the copper foil current collector .
