固含量测试

按照固含量的测定标准(GB-T 2793-1995), 将- -块干燥洁净的铝箔纸做成圆槽状铝盒,并在底部标.上编号。将铝盒移至电子天平中称重,记录铝盒重为W。用滴管向铝盒中滴加1-2 g左右的丙烯酸酯微球悬浮液,将其均匀涂抹在铝盒底部,记录重量为W2。将铝盒放入红外烘箱恒温干燥固化1 h。1 h后取出铝盒并冷却称重,记录重量为W3。平行测试三个样品,计算数据得出固含量,取三组固含量的平均值为平均固含量。

式中,X为样品的固含量,%;W:为空铝盒重量,g;W2为烘干前铝盒和样品总重量,g;W3为烘干后铝盒和样品总重量,g。

稳定性测试

混合悬浮液的稳定性在此处为储存稳定性(反应稳定性为微球的反应过程,此处不做阐释)。取适量悬浮液储存于密闭样品瓶中,并做好标记。每2h记录一次悬浮液的状态,直到悬浮液呈现分层现象。

涂膜厚度测试

将适量的混合悬浮液滴在多组光滑的马口铁板上,并分别用尺度为50um、75um、100μm的棒式涂布器一次性均匀涂在马口铁表面。将涂好的马口铁板置于干净无尘的封闭环境中干燥24h,再将其放入60"C的鼓风干燥箱中干燥2h。首先用厚度仪在一组马口铁没有悬浮液涂覆的部分进行厚度基准校准,再对涂覆悬浮液的表面进行厚度测量,每组测量五个点,取平均值即为该组涂膜的厚度。如此重复测量其他几组马口铁样品。

光泽度测试

Drop an appropriate amount of mixed suspension on the flat primer, and spread it evenly on the surface with a rod applicator at one time. Use a gloss meter to directly test the surface of the sample after drying, and take five points for each group of samples to calculate the average value, which is the gloss of the group of samples.

Transmittance test

Drop an appropriate amount of the mixed suspension on the glass sheet, and use a Bar Coater to evenly coat the surface . Put the coated tin plate in a clean and dust-free closed environment to dry for 24 hours, and then put it in a blast Drying Oven at 60°C for 2 hours. First, use a thickness meter to calibrate , and then measure the thickness of the surface coated with the suspension. Five points are measured for each group, and the average value is the coating film of the group. thickness of. Repeat the measurement for several other groups of tinplate samples.


SEM characterization

Scraping with a blade. The above-mentioned film coated on the tin plate is adhered to the cut silicon chip with conductive glue, and then silicon chip is glued to the copper seat with conductive glue. After gold spraying treatment, the surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope.

Scratch resistance test of coating film

Wipe the above-mentioned film coated on the tin plate repeatedly with a test towel evenly and vigorously until the surface of the film is observed to be damaged, and record the final number of frictions.

Water resistance test of coating film

Use the method of 2.4.5 to prepare tinplate plates with different variables of the coating film, and place it in a beaker filled with deionized water , so that the water surface is not higher than the height of the coating film, and observe the whitening and damage of the coating film every day The situation, observe the number of days that the coating film is damaged .


The test methods for the stability, gloss, light transmittance, water resistance and abrasion resistance of the prepared coating are the same as the above methods.
