Item detection
1. State in the container: First, we open the container and stir it with a spatula or a stir bar, allowing precipitation at the bottom of the container during the process. If the sample is easy to mix evenly after stirring, it is rated as "uniform without hard lumps after stirring", which meets the index.
2. Non-volatile matter content: If the non-volatile matter content of the sample is ≥ 70%, it is regarded as up to standard.
3. Hanging performance: Both parties of the project set the required hanging performance indicators according to the actual needs of the product.
4. Pot life: Mix the main agent and curing agent according to the ratio specified in the product and stir evenly, take about 250mL sample and pour it into a metal tank with an inner diameter of 70mm~80mm and a capacity of about 300mL, and place it at 23℃±2℃ for 5h Finally, if there is no gel phenomenon, it can be rated as "pass".
5. Storage stability: Store the sample at 23°C±2°C for 30 days to test the settling property. The test results show that the settling level of the sample is 8.
6. Drying time: If the surface drying time of the sample is ≦3h, and the hard drying time is ≦24h, it is regarded as up to standard.
7. Bending test: If the bending index of the sample is 2mm, it is regarded as up to standard.
8. Impact resistance: If the impact resistance index of the sample is 40cm, it is regarded as up to standard.
9. Adhesion: We use a test column with a diameter of 20mm to test the sample. If the adhesion of the sample is ≥5MPa, it is regarded as up to standard.
