Liquid Resin Requirements
1. Appearance: Observe by visual inspection. If the sample is viscous and liquid-like, and there is no abnormality such as debris layering, it can be rated as "passed".
2. Color number: the sample must be ≤70 to be considered up to standard.
3. Acid value: use KOH meter to test, the specified value of acid value is ±3mg/g.
4. The specified value of viscosity is ±25%.
5. The specified value of solid content is ±3%.
6. The specified value of gel time is ±2min.
7. Thermal stability: Place the sample in an electric Drying Oven with air blowing at (80±2)°C for testing. If the gelation time of the sample is ≥ 24 hours, it is considered to be up to standard.
