纤维素膜是一种无污染的环保分子材料，具有良好的透光性、力学性能以及生物可降解性，在农业、化工、食品、环境领域中的包装、分离材料等。
本文主要介绍玻璃/金属上制备纤维素膜的解决方案，采用自动涂膜机进行实验刮涂。
纤维素膜常见是制备3~5微米膜厚，对于这种低于10微米的薄膜，精度要求都比较高，要配高精度进口涂膜棒才能保证涂膜的精度。另外，对于基材是玻璃或金属的，除非薄的柔韧底材，需要配真空吸附，对于普通硬底材一般不用。
再者纤维素膜实验中有时需要通过加热烘干来快速形成膜，因此可以选配带有加热功能，但是对于在玻璃板上刮涂则不建议用加热，温度变化可能会破坏基材，而金属则可以通过加热热传导来加速薄膜的烘干。
