(1) The fillers and pigments of the paint itself are not ground finely and have not reached the specified fineness; or gels are produced during storage without filtration; or the paint crust is shaken into pieces and mixed into the paint; the paint deteriorates (base Precipitation of material, return to coarse, pigment agglomeration, presence of insoluble resin, etc.); base material and solvent do not match.
(2) The painting site is not clean, dust, wind and sand fall on the surface of the undried paint film; the residual paint particles and sand on the paint brush are left on the paint film during construction; Dust is slapped clean and lands on the paint film during operation.
(3) When spraying, the distance between the Spray Gun and the surface of the object is too far, so that the solvent in the paint has volatilized before the spray falls on the surface, causing the paint liquid to lose its fluidity and form particles. Sudden changes in the weather (high winds) during adjustment and spraying will produce particles.
Particles in the paint film are mainly to prevent, such as cleaning the environment and cleaning tools, filtering the paint, mixing it well, improving the construction method of painting, etc. After the paint film has particles, generally wait for the paint film to dry effectively, then use fine water sandpaper and warm soapy water to carefully flatten, smooth, wipe off the water, and wipe off the dust. The sprayed paint surface can be sprayed evenly again according to the spraying method, and the brushed paint surface can be brushed again with the same paint method. If it is a nitro lacquer surface, it can be wiped with cotton gauze and diluted nitro lacquer several times, and then polished with sand wax and light wax.
