The non-drying of lacquer film is a common problem in natural lacquer painting. The main reasons are: the quality of natural lacquer is too poor; the storage time of lacquer is too long and deteriorates; the lacquer contains other impurities; Operate, the relative humidity is below 7o ℃. The non-drying of the paint film is often caused by many factors at the same time. Therefore, before painting, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the above factors.
For the non-drying paint surface, there are two ways to deal with it: one is to paint the non-drying paint surface with good quality push varnish, remove all the non-drying paint frequently, and repaint 1~2 according to the operation sequence. all over. If it is still not dry, it can be painted again, and an appropriate amount of manganese oxide or potassium permanganate can be added to accelerate the oxidation and film formation of the paint. The second is to add 1 part of polyurethane varnish to 1 part of push varnish, mix well and then paint on the non-drying paint surface. The operation method is the same as above. With the second method, the paint layer can generally be formed into a film in 2 to 3 hours and dry in 24 hours.
