●Insert the prepared air source into the back pressure regulator of the salt spray machine and adjust the pressure to 2kg/cm2. Gas source connection
●Add clean water to the test room: turn on the power and observe the low water level indicator in the test room (the low water level indicator on the left side of the panel). If the indicator light is on, it means that the Test Chamber is short of water. please add water
●Open the upper cover of the salt spray chamber, and pour the prepared pure water into the chamber directly until the low water level indicator light in the Test Chamber goes out (indicating that the water level in the Test Chamber is full). Be careful not to spill water into the brine preheating tank when adding water. (located below the spray tower).
●Adding water to the pressure tank: Pay attention to the low water level indicator on the pressure tank (the low water level indicator on the right side of the panel). If the indicator light is on, it means that the Test Chamber is short of water.
●Open the red valve of the water inlet (please pay attention to the direction of rotation, otherwise it will be broken), and slowly add the prepared pure water into the funnel. Due to the small caliber, the underwater flow rate is slow, please be patient and add slowly. Until the pressure tank low water level indicator light goes out, the pressure tank water level has risen.
●Adding water to the sealed Water Tank: Add an appropriate amount of pure water to the Water Tank around the cover of the salt spray cabinet to prevent the salt spray from leaking from the surrounding when the instrument is working.
●It is recommended that each bottle be equipped with 500g of analytically pure sodium chloride for the preparation of the test solution. Saline Mixing and Infusion
●Take out 9500ML pure water from our 5000ML anti-rust plastic bucket, pour it into a larger clean plastic bucket, add 500g of analytically pure sodium chloride, and stir until completely melted. The brine concentration ratio at this time was 5%.
●Slowly pour into the "reagent port". At this time, the brine will gradually flow into the brine preheating tank in the Test Chamber.

●During the operation of the salt spray chamber, there may be a water shortage alarm in the laboratory and pressure tank, reminding us to replenish water in the corresponding parts of the instrument in time. The instrument will automatically stop working after the water comes out to protect the instrument itself.
●Please turn off the "Operation" button during the watering process. The watering method is the same as above. After the water level is filled (all low water level indicators are off), the "Run" button lights up and starts working again. Since our time relay has an automatic power-off memory function, please don't worry that the previous test time will be cleared.
●When the saline is lost, we need to open the small cover of the "reagent inlet" for observation. If the brine is lost, redistribute the brine and make sure to keep it on during work.
●The position of the sample in the salt spray chamber during the test should meet the following conditions:
●Before the test, it is necessary to carry out visual inspection and other performance tests on the test samples according to the relevant standards. The surface of the sample needs to be clean, free from oil stains, and without temporary protective layers.
● Unless otherwise specified, the specimen shall be supported or suspended at an angle of 15 to 30° to the longitudinal direction, and it is recommended that the majority of the surface to be tested be parallel to the main flow of the salt spray through the chamber.
●The specimens should not be in contact with each other, nor with any metallic material or any material acting as a fuse.
● Each sample should be in an unobstructed position in contact with the salt spray.
• The salt solution from each sample must not drip onto another sample.

●Post-test treatment: After the spray test is completed, when opening the top cover of the test box, do not drop the solution carefully, and take out the sample carefully. ●If there is automatic watering, you need to turn off the manual watering switch. After adding water, you need to close the pressure tank, otherwise the water in the pressure tank will be sprayed out from the manual water filling port.
●Pay attention to whether the brine tank is short of water. If you find that the brine tank is short of water, add brine immediately.
●Do not leave the salt spray chamber outside and avoid direct sunlight.

●If the nozzles are discontinuous or the amount of spray is insufficient, please check whether the air pressure is normal; check whether the small holes in the front section of the two glass tubes of the nozzle are in a line; check whether the nozzles are unblocked.
