Standard requirements for installation of salt spray Test Chamber

A. Installation of water replenishment system in salt spray Test Chamber

1. Water quality requirements: install filters for industrial water or tap water (the pH value of the filtered water is between 6.5-7.2) or pure water (mineral water contains minerals and cannot be used)

2. Pressure requirements: water pressure 1~3 kg, to ensure normal water replenishment.

3. Interface requirements: The water supply port of the equipment should be connected with a hose and fixed with a sealing ring to prevent leakage.

B. Requirements for the power supply system of the salt spray Test Chamber

1. Power requirements: single-phase AC 220V 50Hz

2. Current requirements: need to reach 15A

3. Protection requirements: an independent leakage protection switch needs to be installed

C. Installation of the air intake system of the salt spray Test Chamber

1. Pressure requirements: Air Compressor or air supply pipeline pressure ≥ 3 kg, dry and clean

2. Interface requirements: the equipment adopts quick connectors, which are convenient for disassembly and maintenance

3. Time requirements: During the normal operation of the equipment, the gas supply needs to be supplied continuously for a long time

D. Requirements for the exhaust system of the salt spray Test Chamber

1. Material requirements: need to use PVC polyethylene material (corrosion resistance)

2. Interface requirements: The exhaust port of the equipment needs to be connected with a hard pipe and sealed with a sealant to prevent air leakage.

3. Drilling requirements: The equipment is naturally exhausted, and the height of the wall opening needs to be slightly higher than the exhaust hole, so as to ensure that the gas flows back to the laboratory after condensation

E. Installation of the drainage system of the salt spray Test Chamber

1. Drilling requirements: The equipment is naturally drained without pressure, and the height of the wall mouth needs to be lower than the drain outlet, so as to ensure normal drainage

2. Interface requirements: The drain of the equipment needs to be connected with a hose or a hard tube, and fixed with a sealing ring to prevent leakage.
