1. Power on/off
Power on: Short press the button on the back of the instrument to power on.
Shutdown: Long press the instrument button to shut down or click "Shutdown" in the menu bar to shut down; if automatic shutdown is set, the instrument will automatically shut down when the time of no operation is longer than the set automatic shutdown time.
2. Color measurement
In the color measurement interface, short press the instrument button once or click the "Measurement" button on the LCD screen to trigger a color measurement.
3. Color difference comparison
In the color difference comparison interface, click the "Standard Color Measurement" button, and the current measurement value will be used as the standard color. Click the "Sample Color Measurement" button, and the current measurement value will be used as the sample color.
4. Device Calibration
In the "Device Calibration" interface, the user can perform the calibration operation according to the calibration animation prompt, or skip the calibration. When the instrument has not been used for a long time, it is recommended to calibrate it before use.
5. APP connection
Scan the QR code on the body and install the APP software. Turn on the instrument and open the APP software. After the APP is successfully opened, it will automatically start searching for Bluetooth devices. The searched devices will be displayed at the bottom of the interface. Click on the device that matches the SN number of the instrument and wait for the device to connect. After the connection is successful, it will jump to the "calibration interface", where you can choose to calibrate or skip the calibration, and then enter the main interface.
6. PC software
Connected to a computer via USB, you can use the Colorimeter PC software. The software has the functions of reading my color to the computer, writing my color or standard Color Chart library to the instrument, reading the historical data of color difference, measuring the color difference comparison, exporting the color difference comparison data to Excel, the number of qualified, the number of unqualified, and the total statistics , report generation and printing functions.
