application
Most commercial items are tested in our thermal shock chambers to assess how resistant they are to extreme temperature fluctuations. In short, thermal shock chambers expose products to extreme temperature conditions for a short period of time.
The purpose of evaluating a product under these conditions using a thermal shock chamber is to note changes in product performance and to examine failure and thermal expansion coefficients of various materials. These thermal shock chambers should not be used for testing or storing flammable explosives, corrosive compounds, biological samples, or sources of strong electromagnetic radiation.
feature
The thermal shock Test Chamber has three areas: high temperature, low temperature, test area
What if the equipment in the thermal shock Test Chamber does not reach the required temperature?
The test sample is set to be static.
The operation interface is a touch graphic control, which is easy to use.
To evaluate cold shock, use the Wind Path dialog to shock the way the temperature is transferred to the test area.
The maximum time for high or low temperature shock is 999H, while the maximum cycle time is 9999.
Either automatic cycling shocks or manually selected shocks can be used with this device
The thermal shock chamber uses a binary cooling system that provides rapid cooling. Water cooling is a cooling technology.
