There are many types of aging tests, including ultraviolet radiation in the simulated natural environment, strong sunlight, ozone aging and corrosion of rubber products, salt spray (simulating the natural environment containing salt in the ocean) corrosion, and so on. Therefore, aging test equipment can be divided into the following categories.
1. Salt spray Test Chamber
The salt spray corrosion Test Chamber, also known as the salt spray Test Chamber, refers to a closed box environment, through the salt spray nozzle, the salt water (sodium chloride) with a concentration of 5% in the Test Chamber is formed into an atomized environment, and the sample is tested. Corrosion test. In more complex test requirements, the salt spray corrosion test and temperature, humidity, and drying tests may be carried out at the same time, so we may need a more complex multi-functional salt spray Test Chamber.

2. Xenon aging box
The xenon arc aging box mainly simulates the natural environment where the sample is exposed to sunlight for a long time, similar to the UV aging box, the xenon arc aging box is equipped with a xenon lamp, and the purpose of simulating different sunlight intensity exposures is achieved by adjusting the amplitude of the light.

3. UV aging box
The ultraviolet aging box can be divided into tower type and Cabinet-type, but the function is the same. There are eight ultraviolet aging lamps in the box, which have condensation effect. Put the samples into the box and irradiate them with ultraviolet light to achieve the aging effect test. The UV aging box has certain requirements on the size of the sample, which is related to the sample fixing method of the UV aging box.

4. Ozone aging Test Chamber
The Ozone Aging Test Chamber simulates the ozone environment in the natural environment by injecting ozone into the chamber, and performs ozone aging tests on various materials, mainly various polymer materials.
