The inner box and outer box of the ozone Test Chamber are made of plastic-sprayed steel plates. The inner box has buckles and multi-layer sample racks, and the outer cavity is sprayed with sheet metal, which is beautiful in color and corrosion-resistant. Usually the room has only one door, and the door on the left is left open. It can also be made into a double door (need to be customized).
There is a hollow heating antifreeze observation window on the door, which is resistant to high-low temperature and is not affected by fog. It has LED lights that turn on when in use and turn off when not in use. The conventional observation window size is W400*H300mm. There is also a silicone rubber sealing strip on the door, which is resistant to high-low temperature, anti-aging, and has good sealing performance. In order to prevent condensation or frost on the door frame and door edge during the low temperature test, the door frame and door edge are equipped with an electric heating defrosting device. The door handle adopts a handle without reaction force, and the door can be opened with one hand, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
There is a test hole with a diameter of 50mm on the left side of the cavity, equipped with a silicone rubber plug, which can be used for external testing of power lines or signal lines. The control panel is located on the upper left of the cavity, and the conventional control is a PID touch screen.
The sound and light alarm system is located above the control panel and has three colors: yellow (standby), red (alarm) and green (running). When the device is in different states, the corresponding indicator lights will be on. The water outlet of the device is located at the lower rear. After the water pipe is connected, the water can be directly discharged into the sewer without pollution. The small constant temperature and Humidity Chambers all use Foma wheels, which is convenient for the operator to move the equipment. Just release the foot brake and one person can transfer the equipment. Of course, before the transmission, the power needs to be turned off.
