Working principle and application of thermal shock Test Chamber

introduce

Thermal shock Test Chamber is also called temperature shock Test Chamber, high-low temperature shock Test Chamber.

The dual zone thermal shock Test Chamber has two independently controlled high temperature and low temperature zones, one above the other, with only the basket moving between the two zones to test the adaptability of the product to rapid temperature changes.

The Three-Chamber test box is a place where the test product is in a fixed work area. By opening the air duct in the high-low temperature area, the high-low temperature is introduced into the studio to test the impact of high-low temperature on the test product.

The thermal shock Test Chamber is suitable for aerospace, electronic instruments, materials, electricians, vehicle metals, electronic products, wires and cables of various electronic components, etc.

working principle

The second-zone cold and heat shock Test Chamber generates high-temperature environment and low-temperature environment respectively through the heating system and refrigeration system of the unit, but puts the test object into the designated Test Chamber, and when the two Test Chambers reach the set temperature and stabilize, the transmission The mechanism pulls the loading basket to realize the movement of the tested component in the loading basket between the upper and lower chambers.

During the moving process, the upper and lower chambers are connected, and the component under test also enters another chamber from high temperature or low temperature, so a large amount of cold and hot air will be brought in, and the unit needs to be restored quickly. Predetermined temperature for each chamber of the cooling system or heating system.

When the temperature of the chamber where the tested component is kept stable for a long time, the carrying basket will be reversely driven by the transmission mechanism to bring the tested component back to the original chamber. It also needs to return quickly to a predetermined temperature. Repeat the above operations to complete multiple temperature cycle shock tests.

application

High-low temperature thermal shock Test Chambers are widely used in electronic and electrical components, automation components, communication components, auto parts, metals, chemical materials, plastics and other industries, defense industry, aerospace, military industry, BGA, PCB substrate, electronic chip IC, semiconductor The physical changes of ceramics and polymer materials, the repeated tensile force of materials to high-low temperatures and the chemical changes or physical damage of products in the process of thermal expansion and contraction, to confirm the quality of products, from precision IC to heavy machinery zero Parts can be used as the basis or reference for product improvement.
