The water resistance of the film can be determined according to the method in the national standard GB/T1733-93 film water resistance measurement method. The standard specifies the measurement method of the water resistance of the film, including the immersion test method and the immersion boiling water test method. After reaching the specified test time, the water resistance of the film is expressed by the change of the film surface.
(1) Materials and equipment
① The baseplate shall be flat and free of distortion, and the board surface shall be free of any visible wrinkles and wrinkles. Unless otherwise specified, the baseplate shall be 120rnmx25mrnx (0.2~ 0.3) mrn tinplate.

(2) The processing and painting of the baseplate are prepared on the i-piece tinplate according to the provisions of GB1727, except for male regulations.
(3) Unless otherwise specified for the painting of the edge of the test board, the edge of the test board should be sealed with a mixture of 11 paraffin wax and rosin before the test, and the edge width should be 2~ 3mm.
(4) Test steps
① Method A, immersion test method
To soak the test plate, add distillation water or deionized water to the Glass sink. Unless otherwise specified, adjust the water temperature to 23 ℃ ± 2 ℃ and maintain this temperature throughout the test
Place three test boards in it and immerse 2/3 of the length of each test board in water.
B. The inspection of the test plate, after the soaking time specified in the product standard is completed, the test plate is taken out of the tank, sucked dry with paper, and the test plate is visually inspected immediately or adjusted according to the time state specified in the product standard, and the test plate is recorded. The film has meta-loss, discoloration, blistering, wrinkling, falling off, rust and other phenomena and recovery time.
At least two of the three test boards should meet the requirements specified in the product standard to be considered qualified.
② B method, immersion boiling water test method
For the immersion of the test plate, add distillation water or non-ionized water to the Glass sink. Unless otherwise specified, keep the water in a boiling state until the test is completed.
Put _ three test plates into it and soak 2/3 of the length of each test plate in sub-water.
B. The inspection of the test plate shall be inspected and evaluated according to the provisions of Law A.
