The Brinell Hardness Tester adopts the Brinell hardness (BRINELL) measurement method, which can measure the Brinell hardness, and is suitable for materials such as unquenched steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and soft bearing alloys.
The Brinell test method involves pressing a hardened steel ball into the test material under a predetermined pressure. The Brinell hardness value is obtained by dividing the pressure in kilograms by the indented spherical surface, expressed in square millimeters.
It can be widely used in testing, scientific research and production in measurement, machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, building materials, scientific research institutes and other industries.
